Serves 1-2
Ingredients:
One peach, washed and dried
Olive oil or non-stick cooking spray
Method:
Preheat grill.
Cut peach in half. Remove the pit.
Brush with oil, or, spray with non-stick cooking spray.
With the grill set to medium, place peach on the grill cut side down. Grill 4-5 minutes.
Remove from the grill, and enjoy!
Serving Suggestions:
Top with ice cream, chopped walnuts and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup
Pair with cottage cheese or yogurt, for a satisfying snack
Slice and put in a salad with goat cheese, red onion, and nuts
Dice and make into a peach salsa
Bonus:
This recipe can be used for any stone fruit!
