Just Peachy Oatmeal and Yogurt Parfait

Serves: One


Ingredients:



Oatmeal:

  • ½ c. Old Fashioned Rolled Oats

  • 1 c. of Water

  • Dash Salt

Toppings:

  • 6 oz. No/Low Sugar Added Vanilla Greek Yogurt

  • 4 oz. Diced Peaches in 100% Fruit Juice or Water, drained

  • 1 Tbsp. Sliced Almonds (Optional)


Directions:


Make oatmeal according to package instructions.


If assembling like a parfait:

  1. Scoop half of the oatmeal into whatever jar, bowl, or container you prefer to use.

  2. Top with 3 oz. Greek vanilla yogurt

  3. Add half of the drained peaches on top of the yogurt

  4. Sprinkle with ½ of of the sliced almonds

  5. Repeat layers

  6. Enjoy!

Otherwise, simply top the oatmeal with yogurt, peaches and almond slices.
